Tuesdays, 6pm central for MSP Yoga. For those used to my Core & Glutes Class, this is just like it, but we'll expand our practice to add things like hips, shoulders, etc. MSP is my exclusive format focusing on Mobility, Strength and Power on and off the mat.
Tuesdays, 7pm central for Candlelight Yoga. Light your own candles if you wish, and give yourself permission to take a break from the crazy world we're living in. Some gentle movement - a little breathwork - you'll feel restored, balanced and renewed!
Tuesday doesn't work but you still want to practice at home? Head to my YouTube channel for mid-day movements, candlelight classes and more vigorous yoga classes, along with a few meditations.
